Gifts of Art

Thank you for considering a gift of art to the Smart Museum of Art.

The Smart Museum of Art is currently under a temporary moratorium on acquisitions and loans through spring 2025. Requests for loans must be received by the Smart Museum of Art at least twelve months prior to the opening date of the exhibition.

To advance its educational mission and to responsibly steward its collection into the future, the Museum is undertaking an extensive collections storage consolidation and upgrade. Thank you for your support and for your interest in contributing to the Smart Museum. We look forward to considering gifts of art again in May 2025.
