Join the Smart Museum of Art and the Oriental Institute (OI) for a look into the resources offered to K-12 students and teachers for virtual learning. We'll be presenting short samples of our programming, including a virtual student field trip from the OI, interactive arts activities for classroom engagement, as well as a Teacher Workshop to help put it all into useable context. These short participatory experiences will provide teachers with an understanding of the types of live programming available.

Amplify

Amplify is a partnership of arts and cultural organizations at the University of Chicago including Arts + Public Life, Court Theatre, Logan Center for the Arts, Oriental Institute, and the Smart Museum of Art. As a collective, Amplify is developing a new model of collaboration by building a networked education community. The collective offers extensive K–12 arts programs and multi-site field trips for students, as well as professional learning opportunities for educators.
