The culmination of two years as Master of Fine Arts students, Get Out represented a variety of concerns of the studio art department. It also reflected the pluralism of contemporary artistic practice: the use of media once considered non-traditional (such as video, computers, and found objects), an interest in temporality that took the form of short-lived installations, and the exploration of performative work.
Get Out featured Kurt Andernach, Victoria Beal, Jessica Buben, Noelle DeLage, Shawn Dubay, Julie Nauman, Zena Sakowski, Steve Wetzel and Amy Zucker.
