Emmanuel Pratt and Sweet Water Foundation host a fall fest at the Perry Ave Commons, a community hub and urban farm.
The celebration launches an event series connected to Pratt’s installation Radical [Re]Constructions at the nearby Smart Museum and features the raising of the Thought Barn, a swing beam barn made from reclaimed materials that will be raised by hand in a communal activity. Plus, live music, tours, art projects, and hands-on harvesting, cooking, and carpentry demonstrations.
FREE, and open to all. Food and drink available for purchase. Advance registration required.
