| By Mail: | Download, print, and return the Membership Form [PDF]. |
| On Site: | Join or renew at the Smart Museum Café or welcome desk. |
| Online: | Make your membership contribution through the University of Chicago’s secure server. Please be sure to designate “Smart Museum: Membership” as your area of giving. Click here to leave the Museum’s website and make your gift online. |

- Make checks made payable to "Smart Museum of Art."
- Your new membership card (or cards) will be mailed within 2 to 4 weeks.
- The University of Chicago will send you an official gift receipt separately.
