Monster Verse II

Robert Barnes, For Tristan Tzara, 1965

In response to the works in Monster Roster, the Poetry Foundation holds a special Forms and Features workshop.

The workshop is dedicated to hybrid poetry, liminal forms that trouble, cross, and blur literary genre boundaries. Together, we will read and discuss a wide range of hybrid poems. Participants will be guided through composing original hybrid poems employing techniques and processes of Monster Roster artists.

The second of two Monster Verse programs presented in collaboration with the Poetry Foundation. Monster Verse I takes place at the Smart on May 19.

Free, but space is limited.

This program is full.
